 Comfortable clothes and sneakers. We recommend shorts, sweatshirts and t-shirts. Jeans may restrict the movement of your legs. A special jumpsuit over your clothes should be worn.

 The minimum age for a double jump is 12 years old. For minors, we need the parents or legal guardian to sign the school's term of responsibility, on the day of the jump, in front of the secretaries. In case there is no presence of the guardian on the day of the jump, the minor must bring the term printed, signed and notarized by the principal responsible.

 In general, parachute jumping can be accessable for people with different types of desabilities like hearing impaired, paraplegic and quadriplegic. Each disability requires special considerations. If there are any concerns about whether your disability may affect your skydiving experience, please get a doctor′s opinion. We cannot tell you how skydiving may affect you – only you and your physician can make the judgment.

 If you cancel at least 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

 If you cancel between 4 & 5 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.

 If you cancel within 3 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

 For long-distance trips, we may have to ask the state or federal road department authorization for taking open highways with big vehicles like vans and buses. Thus, in order to do that, it's required the list of all passengers and their passport or ID numbers at the time of the booking (send it via e-mail after the booking). Therefore, it’s extremely important to book tours with long-distance pick-ups or drop-offs with at least 24 hours in advance. (valid for this tour)

 If big vehicles like a van or a bus is traveling without the required documents and the police pulls it over, the trip cannot continue.

 In case the weather does not turn out well on the day of the jump (i.e. strong winds and/or rain), first we will try to find an alternative date for the tour. If this is not possible, the booking will be cancelled and no costs will be charged (any deposit will be fully returned). 

 The average time is 3 hours. But parachuting is a sport that depends on nature and several other factors that we have no control over, such as meteorology, the Ministry of Aeronautics, aircraft operation, air traffic, supply, etc. So, take the day to enjoy, do not make another appointment on the day of the jump!

 The conclusion that is reached today is that the level of security has increased a lot, if a failure in the main canopy (remember that there are always two) happens, is due to human error, that is, failure in time to handle or maintain your equipment.

 What we want to clarify is that a failure is rare, although possible, and that is why we always have 2 parachutes, one main and one reserve.

Otherwise, the guide must wait for the customer just nearby to continue on the tour afterwards.
